How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days, please reach out to us through our contact page.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Different products may be produced at different facilities to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery. This means parts of your order might arrive separately. Don't worry — all items will be delivered.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us through our contact page and we'll verify your order status.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return or exchange policy?
We will happily refund or exchange your product if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. Because every item is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
What if my order is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, since all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Can I exchange an item for a different color?
We are unable to offer exchanges for color preference changes, as each item is produced individually when ordered. If your item arrived in a different color than what you ordered, that's a fulfillment error — please contact us and we'll send the correct item right away.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
No. Because every product is custom-made to order specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review product details, sizing, and colors carefully before completing your order.
What counts as a damaged or defective item?
Damaged or defective items include products with printing errors, incorrect designs, fabric tears, stitching issues, wrong sizes shipped, or any damage that occurred during shipping. Wear from normal use or washing does not qualify.
How long do I have to report an issue?
Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund. Contact us through our contact page with your order details and photos.
Do I need to return the damaged item?
In most cases, no. We typically only need photos of the damage or defect to process your replacement or refund. We'll let you know if a return is needed in rare circumstances.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we approve your claim. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
What if I received someone else's order?
We apologize for the mix-up! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship your correct order immediately.
What if part of my order is missing?
Different items may ship from different locations and arrive at different times. If it has been more than 10 business days since your last package arrived and you're still missing items, please contact us with your order number.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because items are custom-produced, orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets available through our secure checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can happen for several reasons, including insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank flagging the transaction. Please double-check your payment information and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is fully encrypted with SSL/TLS technology and processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. We never store your full card details on our servers.
